DoveLewis Golf Tournament – COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Although the tournament is outside, we appreciate everyone taking precautions to keep this event safe for all involved.  

Golfers:

• Please wear a face covering when interacting with tournament staff and volunteers, as well as players outside of your group. This includes Check-In, Games, and at the Food and Beverage station.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn on the putting green, in the clubhouse, anywhere you're gathered in a group of 10 or more, or anywhere you cannot social distance with six feet, even outside. These rules are per Langdon Farms Golf Club and Oregon law. 
• Each golf cart will be equipped with a divider between the two seats. These dividers are removable, but we recommend they be left in place if both players do not reside in the same household.
• There are two porta-potties on the course equipped with hand sanitizer, and restrooms at the clubhouse where players can wash their hands. Also, every golf cart, will also be equipped with hand sanitizer. Please practice good hand hygiene during play.
• Please observe the six-foot distancing measures in place throughout the course. This includes Check-In, Games, and at the Food and Beverage station.
• Langdon Farms requires that certain games be implemented with special considerations:
  • Long Drive and Closest to the Pin: course rules stipulate that a DoveLewis volunteer must move the marker and write your name for you. Volunteers will be standing by to assist. 
  • Hole in One: course rules stipulate that a DoveLewis volunteer must retrieve your ball from the cup for you. Volunteers will be standing by to assist. 
• If you are experiencing any symptoms that might be indicative of COVID-19, or have been exposed to anyone with the disease within 2 weeks of the tournament, please stay home.
