Wet Nose Soirée Catering Options

Option 1:

  • First Course: Farm Stand Salad (GF, V+) - Seasonal Vegetables & Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Entrée: Braised Beef Short Rib (GF) - Warm Potato Salad, Pork Lardons, Rogue Smoky Blue, Fresh Watercress & Sabra
  • Dessert: Lemon Chiffon Cake (V) - Honey Mascarpone & Blueberry Compote

Option 2:

  • First Course: Farm Stand Salad (GF, V+) - Seasonal Vegetables & Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Entrée: Roasted Garlic Amaranth Polenta (GF, V+) - Vegetable Primavera & Herb Pesto
  • Dessert: Chocolate Cashew Tart (GF, V+) - Fresh Fruit & Whipped Coconut Cream

General Tickets come with a bottle of wine from The Great Oregon Wine Company.

Patron Tickets come with two bottles of wine from at least one of the following wineries: Elk Cove Vineyards, Alexana Winery, or De Ponte Cellars. Patrons will also receive an additional appetizer per ticket, and can choose from the following options:

  • Antipasto Box (DF, GF): Fresh Peppers, Olives, Marinated Artichokes, Garlic Mushrooms, & Charcuterie. Serves 2-4 people.
  • Mezza Box: Lamb Sausage, Marinated Feta (gf), Baigan Choka, Sun-Dried Tomato Relish (gf, v), Greek Olives & Fried Roti Bread. Serves 2-4 people.
  • Oregon Vegetable Bounty Box (V): Crudité of Vegetables with Buttermilk Dressing & Spinach Gorgonzola Dip. Serves 2 to 4 people.
