Do I need to register?
Yes! We are asking all attendees to purchase a ticket like they regularly would for this event. However, you can skip the catering and RSVP for free if you wish by selecting the Free Virtual Event Ticket optionon the registration page.
How much does it cost to attend?
A General Ticket is $100 and includes a three-course meal, wine and party favors delivered to your home. A Patron Ticket is $200 and includes the same as a general ticket, plus additional food, wine, and upgraded party favors. If you want to host a “pod-party” at your home, you can purchase meals in groups of 10 at either level. Or you can register for free if you want to skip dinner.

How does the online auction work?
All bidding, raffle ticket sales, and donations will be accepted online this year. Bidding will open at 12:00pm on Monday, April 5th and close at 12:00pm on Saturday, April 10th. In order to participate in bidding, you’ll need to create an account through our giving platform by pre-registering your credit card. Just like you would swipe your card at the beginning of the in-person auction for anything you might buy, Auctionpay through Greater Giving works the same way. Your card will not be charged if you do not win an item or make a donation.
How will my information be managed?
Your information is safe. Greater Giving is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. All credit card data is cleared 45 days after bidding activity. Your information will not be shared with any third parties.
What will the virtual event program contain?
Our virtual event will feature special animal guests, a message from DoveLewis CEO Ron Morgan, and inspiring stories from patients helped by your donations, all hosted by Poison Waters and Johnna Wells. The event will celebrate the support of our community, highlighting the impact of donations during one of the toughest years we’ve faced in recent history.
How do I view the live program?
The virtual live-streamed event will take place on Friday, April 9th at 6:30pm on our broadcast website. From this site, you will be able to participate in a chat with other guests, see social media posts from other guests, and jump to online bidding pages. We recommend you use either two browsers or two devices to participate so you can bid while watching the program.

If I win an auction package, how do I pick it up?
There will be pickup parties on Saturday, April 17 between 1:00pm-4:00pm and Friday, April 23 between 4:00pm-7:00pm for you to pick up your items. See our Policies & Procedures page for additional details about picking up auction items.
